We Make Work Work For Everyone
Vision
Purpose
Employment that rewards everyone. You see, when work flows for one, the ripple reaches everyone.
A world where anyone who wants to work, can work, and choice is not a luxury – it’s standard.
Richards Story
“I have always wanted to find the right job for me, one where I feel supported and could show that I am more than capable of working. This has been a struggle for me and one that I know is shared by many autistic people. AssistiV can help people do lots of different jobs, not just bar work. Anyone can travel to work safely, do their job well, and feel supported. I feel proud to tell people what I do, and it feels great to earn my own money. I am living my best life in a job that works for me and my employer.”
“This job is life changing for Richard and we are very proud to work alongside AssistiV to create this opportunity.”

Team
Alan Craughwell
My background is in working with individuals with intellectual and learning disabilities, as well as autism. With over 20 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to positively impacting the lives of people with disabilities.

In 2022, alongside an incredible team, I helped bring IMART—the first-ever Mixed Ability Rugby World Cup—to Ireland. This event provided a platform to showcase the innovative technology developed by our partners at AssistiV UK.

At AssistiV Ireland, we are committed to bringing inclusivity to the workplace. I believe that our technology will be a game changer, enhancing employment opportunities and workplace experiences for people with disabilities and their employers.
Keith Johnston
With a background in engineering and hands-on experience across multiple industries, I bring a unique perspective to my role as a company director at AssistiV Ireland.

My journey began with a passion for inclusion, which was fuelled by my involvement in mixed ability rugby. This experience showcased the power of inclusivity on the pitch, and now I am inspired that AssistiV can bring that same spirit to the workplace.

I firmly believe that our solutions will transform employment opportunities and workplace experiences for people with disabilities and their employers, making inclusivity a reality beyond the rugby pitch.
